How Long To Tan On Each Side
How long do I tan everywhere? 3
When I'm tense, I lie on my back, but how long do I have to stay in the sun before I can get to the other side? I want to have decent, tan skin, but I don't want my skin to stay in the sun too long. What is the appropriate time limit for each part?
I'm not going to explain all the dangers of tanning because, honestly, no one is listening :) Personally, I think it's extremely harmful because just 15 minutes of exposure to the sun all day long D gets the recommended amount. For me I would say 30 minutes, maybe more if you use more FPS. Remember, at age 10, too much tan on the road will stain your skin, which will cause wrinkles and discoloration. More sun than Americans. Self tanning is always a great alternative and Georges Natural Glue works well (I use)
