Why Are My Nails So Hard All Of A Sudden
Why are my nails suddenly stiff and growing? 3
Out of nowhere, my nails went crazy and hard. I work in a restaurant business and I must say I never worked. They are always soft and present or break quickly. I wonder what he is doing. No I don't want it to stop!
Oh, I haven't changed my tee or anything. And it came with other weird things like pimples on my head that I never did and it changed. I'm 24 years old and it's new!
I will say three things that come to my mind.
It could be human change. Of course you can because ag. I noticed that, in my twenties, I sometimes had bad breath (acne, driving, etc.). They are quite alive, mostly for a few weeks, and in my thirties, I still have occasional, maybe every year or more.
Environment The environment around you may have changed. It's not just you, you've just finished the exercise program or more physically. Try to think about everything that has changed in your environment.
Toxins or pathogens. Maybe you've been poisoned and you don't even know it. An example is radiation poisoning, initially the symptoms are not too much. I don't think it happened to you, but I'm just saying that you can have contact with people you don't even know.
Mainly hair and nails. I think they are rubbish and at least for most people we don't need hair or nails anymore. By the way, if I remember correctly, keratin is what makes nails stiff, and I think its protein and B vitamins keep hair healthy, but proteins and vitamins that are applied directly to it. Hair does not grow (not that I remember). However, taking vitamins improves the health of nails and hair. Especially prenatal vitamins, in my experience.
