Can I use 10 seconds A on my Coleman Power Chill which uses 7.5 seconds A? 3
What could be the result?

It can do a lot, but the system does not have the level of security for which it was designed. This can cause the engine to burn out or damage the control circuit instead of working properly.
If 7.5 is in use then there is no point in using 10.
