Anyone who has worked with CESD or Osbrink Talent Agency in advertising, print or theater can tell me if you would recommend a 6 year old child entering the industry as your first agency? Thanks!

CESD and Osbrink are very good agencies. Both are good for young people (and seniors) who are new to the industry. I would definitely recommend one or the other.
