I agree, I think so too. But Mortadella's texture is very different from the salute, bright and smooth. Salami is nothing like that, if you go to the supermarket you can buy very finely chopped salami, which does not go with Mortadella. I like to make turkey salami sandwiches, I don't like bologna. You can see the difference if you try the taste. So you can cook in the microwave on the stove in the same way. They are two members of the sausage family.

The two processes are almost identical, but the quality of salami is better than bologna and salami is also dried with meat [pork, goat, sheep or beef].

Turkey bologna ... grind turkey meat into a fine paste (porridge) turkey ham ... turkey meat is turkey salami ... turkey meat is a paste, but not in a paste like bologna.
